Great build, one problem	April 18, 2020

This is the second kit I’ve gotten from Ceratac. The first one was great, and I had no problems. This one I ordered completely unassembled, but they must not have had an unassembled kit in stock, so they upgraded me to an assembled kit, which was great. The only problem I had is that the dust cover will not stay shut. It will close only half the time until it gets bumped or jostled, then it springs open. I looked at it, and it seems that whoever made the upper receiver didn’t form the notches for the catch on the dust cover properly. It’s not a big problem for me cause I have a gun case I transport it in. Still a great build, but maybe they could use a better quality check.

I've done a few other builds from Ceratac and never had any issues, and they have always shipped quick. This 762 I expected issues that most other 762 builds encounter and I was correct, but NO major issues. Feed ramps needed a little sanding and polishing and all worked out great. Poly sights broke just by breathing on them, but maybe it was just my breath. Will I buy another 762 from Ceratac, yes i certainly will soon beings I donated this one to the Combat Vets raffle.
