The Ceratac 16" Barrel - Nitride (Enhanced Series) provides shooters with a competitive advantage over the Classic Parkerized Barrel. It is constructed from 4150 Chrome Molly Vandium Steel, the same steel specified for use by the United States Military. Chambered in 5.56x45 Nato this barrel is capable of shooting both 5.56x45 Nato and .223 Remington. Probably the most popular barrel profile on the mark today, the M4 Profile is designed for a balance between weight and durability. The Nitride (Ferritic Nitrocarborizing) finish increases Corrosion Resistance, Lubricity and Serviceability. All of our Enhanced Series Barrels are Guaranteed sub MOA accuracy with match grade ammunition.
